Details of the activity

Our small cooperative collects milk from 7 mountain farms in Cerdagne and Capcir. Our range of excellent products is developed in a new modern workshop of artisanal size:

• Natural yogurt
• Vanilla yogurt: flavored with natural vanilla extracts
• Fruit stirred yogurt (peach, apricot, cherry and strawberry)
• Mato
• cottage cheese
• Whipped cottage cheese

We use whole milk from our producers, the richness of which naturally gives our yoghurts and cottage cheeses an exceptional flavor and smoothness. Selected from the best high mountain milk, our dairy products are pasteurized in a bain-marie to preserve their quality as much as possible. Because we are concerned about the needs of our customers, we distribute our products in several points of sale in the Pyrénées-Orientales. We are a solidarity company between producers, between generations of breeders and producers as well as employees. For fair trade, we set a remunerative price for the producer and for the employees while offering an excellent quality/price ratio to the consumer. We participate in the sustainable development of our small mountain region.
